Before coaching full-time, I spent 13 years in the tech industry. During that time, I also worked with professionals to help them navigate their careers. What began as a small initiative has grown into a global career coaching service, trusted by hundreds of professionals worldwide.
Why I Coach
I’ve worked with a performance coach myself for over 8 years and it changed everything.
It helped me break out of cycles I didn’t even know I was stuck in. I began to see my patterns more clearly, unlearn what wasn’t helping me, and design a career and life on my own terms.
That experience is what drives me to help others do the same. I’ve coached students at top schools like IE (Spain), at companies like Booking.com (Netherlands), and with clients around the world.
